Hi its Amy here , hope you are doing good at the moment. If you stumbled on this page i assume you have problems with stretchmarks from pregnancy or otherwise.

This is my story how i got rid of them after trying many options. I had Stretch Marks while pregnant and after it when i had my son , actually both times. Pregnancy Stretch Marks are pretty embarrassing in my opinion, so i wanted really to get rid of them and prevent them forming at all. I tried many creams and natural products as i didn’t like the idea of laser surgery or other chemical treatments which were quite expensive and might have be harmful for skin in long run, also they would have required many treatments on clinic so it was pretty much out of my books. So i stuck to creams, which were cheap option compared to surgeries, and what best mostly they had natural ingredients only. Many creams worked quite well indeed but one was really more effective than others i think. When they started to appear they were really less than first time and vanished faster after pregnancy and my skin looked good short after pregnancy already rather than having stretchmarks for weeks after it. If you have been pregnant you might have experienced pregnancy stretch marks while pregnant and afterward. It might be very sensitive subject for some women, especially younger, but why not for older too. Treating stretchmarks with laser can be good too but is quite expensive compared to cream and is something i would not really consider myself.

There are many other ways too to fight pregnancy stretch marks problem after or during pregnancy. Avoid eating foods containing Vitamin A. Drinking lots of water is very essential. It will flush away the toxins from the body and will keep the body hydrated. Eating habits play a very important role in pregnancy. Though, eating healthy is essential, but make sure you don’t gain too much of weight very soon by over-eating. This way, your skin will be stretched too much and stretch marks will show their worst form. Your weight should increase slowly and steadily during pregnancy.
